Hi, my name is Doughlas Gutierrez, creatively known by the alias Opticdoug. I am a Texas-born Latino with a background in competitive sports and photography. Introduced to the world of Martial Arts at the age of 10 by my older brother, UFC ranked bantamweight, Chris Gutierrez, I have learned to use my discipline & creativity to branch out into the field of photography. With a deep passion for nature, I display a unique point of view capturing moments of stillness amid the chaos. Whether it is photographing portraits, mother nature, or high-level sporting events, it brings me nothing short of joy to be in environments that exhibit poetry and beauty. Since picking up my first camera back in 2016, I have been building my portfolio and cliental to a more professional base of photography.
